Apartment-style accommodation at the University of Calgary has been reserved for the school for the seven-nights period August 6-12. The apartments are self-contained units, each with four bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Kitchens are not equipped with cookware. You may bring your own if you plan to cook. They are offered at the rate of CAD 43.00 per night per person, plus 11% taxes, which amounts to CAD 47.73 per night.
Rooms are no longer being held, and reservations are being served based on availability.
To book, fill out this form, using these guidelines:
- Under (2), we suggest an arrival date of Sunday, August 6, and a departure date of either (a) Saturday, August 12, (b) Sunday, August 13, or (c) the weekend following if also participating in QISC 2006. If you are staying at the University of Calgary for both events put a departure date of Sunday, August 13, under (2), and add a comment "Staying for QISC with departure date August NN", where NN is your departure date from the University of Calgary.
- Under (3), put a mark in the box with the text "Private bedroom in shared apartment".
- Under (4), put "Yes" and "Equips 2006".
- Under (5), double-check your credit card information after completing the form. No accommodation will be booked if the information is incomplete.

Parking at Conference Housing for residents is available at the following rates: CAD 4.00 a day, CAD 8.00 a weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun) and CAD 24.00 a week.
